Yes, we do it about once or twice a year at my company. Some things to consider are the area pool companies experience with this type of project, the location of the vinyl company you will be using and what would it cost to fix the pool with original materials. Sometimes the price is not much less to go with vinyl depending on numerous factors. I live in an area with two liner manufacturers so they send a man to the site to take there own measurements (very important). feel free to e mail me if you would like to get more detail.
