What would you like to do?
Generally yes, as long as the solar blanket does not interfere with the hose to the automatic cleaner. This will depend upon the exact type of cleaner you might have. In m…ost cases, the hose will simply move smoothly along the underside of the solar blanket. I would suggest that you try it but keep a close eye on things until you are sure the blanket is not obstructing the movement of the cleaner. ... I use my barracuda under the solar cover all the time. The steps in the pool usually cause more of a problem than the cover. However, once the pool is clean, the solar cover usually helps to keep it clean.
Toilet bowl cleaners often have sodium hydroxide (NaOH) in them. Sodium hydroxide is a strong base, and will be present in a couple of percent by weight.
The most common ingredient in toilet bowl cleaner is sodium hydroxide (NaOH). We know that sodium hydroxide is a stong base, and it will be present as a few percent my weight …with water. Some disinfectant and a bit of fragrance may be added as well as a coloring agent. But water makes up well over 90% of the product. Check the material safety data sheet (MSDS) for any household cleaner. The manufacturers' web site usually has these posted, and the ingredients of their products will listed.
Many commercial toilet bowl cleaners contain hydrochloric acid as its active scouring ingredient. Others use glycolic acid or chlorine bleach. Lately it has become popular… to create cleaners at home and a combination of white vinegar and lemon juice can clean just as well as commercial cleaners.

No, Clorox toilet bowl cleaner does not currently have hydrochloric acid in it. It has a bit of sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) and a bit of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and is about 9…5% water.
I would use it to clean the pool, swish it around with water, then throw the whole thing out and fill with clean water for the child to play in. There is a spray that Clorox h…as out called Everywhere spray that also cleans and is suppose to be safe for children to be around.
yes but the amount you will need makes it worth buying shock
Yes!!!! I've owned and maintained pools for over 30 years. The last 5 years I've used baking soda and Chlorox for sanitizing and it works the best. I have a 16,000 gal p…ool with a sand filter. Every three days or so I add one gallon of bleach. If we are away for a week or longer I do use Chlorine Tabs in the skimmer then add 2 gallons of bleach when I return. the water is crystal clear. I used baqucil one season about 9 years ago. Very expensive and water was always cloudy. I found this was because the pool was topped off with township water which contains Chorine. If chorine is added to a baqucil pool you get green cloudy water. Hope this was helpful.
Yes, except that Clorox bleach (or any other grocery-store liquid chlorine bleach) is not very concentrated. It would cost a LOT to add enough Clorox to be effective in a swim…ming pool. The chlorine granules sold specifically for sanitizing water in hot tubs or swimming pools are much more cost-effective. For the record, chlorine is poisonous in high concentrations, whether in the form of gas, granules or liquid. But when properly diluted in a swimming pool (or municipal water supply), chlorine is safe.
You get lyrox cleaner!
When the levels are lower than 5 parts per million. You will need to measure using an OTO test kit. If the test shows orange instead of yellow, don't go in. Hatawa
You can use it for napalm but it takes some processing and I'm talking about more than a coffee filter and a frying pan. Citroneila oil is better for that but speaking toi…let bowl cleaner bombs you can get a 17% KOH ph up solution for plants and use it instead. Works like a charm. And much safer than NaOH.
These coupons should be on the packaging material of the purchased clorox toilet bowl cleaner. If they are not there, then chances are likely that the material is from a pre-a…ction period.
