Unplug the coils [8],remove the hold down bolts[7mm] remove the coils,then using compressed air make sure there is nothing down in the hole where the spark plug is. Get out your extensions and 16mm spark plug socket and loosen plugs then using a piece of fuel line hose,push it onto plug and remove. Put a little oil on threads after checking gap and reinstall and torque to spec.

Just follow the ign. wires to the plugs, and use a spark plug socket.

You should have C.O.P. ( coil on plug ) The plugs are under the coils.
The plugs are under the 8 individual coil packs on top of the engine.

Remove the coil on top of the plug. There's the spark plug.
Should be a 5/8 spark plug socket.
According to one of Fords websites : For a 1991 LTD Crown Victoria : The 5.0 liter / 302 cubic inch V8 spark plugs are gapped at ( .050 inch ) The 5.8 liter / 351 cubic inch V8 spark plugs are gapped at ( .044 inch )
