No you most probably are not pregnant.Get yourself checked out with your OBGYN and maybe have a blood test done to make double sure.Sometimes the lengths of your periods can vary depending on when you ovulated,so if your periods were 6 weeks ago,and you usually have them evry 4 weeks apart, then it could just mean that your ovulation was delayed for this perticular cycle.(periods usually start about 14-16 days after ovulation)At any rate wait another week and take another pregnancy test.If this comes back negetive as well, make an appointment with your OBGYN at the earliest.Good Luck.
answerI DISAGREE. I THINK YOU MISUNDERSTOOD THE QUESTION. HER PERIOD WAS 6 WEEKS AGO...WHICH WOULD MEAN SHE MISSED HER LAST PERIOD(SUPPOSE TO BE EVERY 4 WEEKS, RIGHT?). WHICH WOULD PUT HER AT 2 WEEKS LATE...WITH SPOTTING THEN JUST 2 DAYS AGO...YES, YOU COULD HAVE VERY WELL HAD A LATE IMPLANTATION SPOTTING, OR JUST AN EARLY PREGNANCY BLEED. THIS HAPPENS. ALOT OF THE TIME THE HCG (PREGNANCY HORMONE) WILL BE TOO LOW TO PICK UP WITH A HOME PREGNANCY TEST...BUT A BLOOD TEST WOULD PICK IT UP NO MATTER HOW LOW. .Three months is a long time to miss a period! if you are on Birth Control of any sort that might be what is causing this. If you took a recent pregnancy test chances are that you are not pregnant, you should talk to your doctor though to find out why you are not having periods. ~pawsalmighty
blood tests are the most accurate. there may be something wrong with your menstrual cycle.
It is unlikely, but there is always a chance that you could be pregnant. See a doctor or clinic for a blood test. These are more reliable than home pregnancy tests.
