In the usual sense of the word an affair implies cheating on one's spouse. Hitler never married until the last day of his life, and he was married less than 24 hours. He was a sick and broken man quivering with Parkinsons and addled with drugs. He'd been in his underground bunker for months when he married his longtime, secret girlfriend, Eva Braun, and less than a day later she joined him in committing suicide.

The only other serious girlfriend anyone knows about Hitler ever having was his niece, his sister's daughter. This started when she was young enough that he'd get locked up for it today. She was also supposedly a suicide, but could very likely have been murdered by Nazis fearful of the scandal, should this sordid mess ever become public knowledge. She was Angela "Geli" Raubal, and died in Hitler's apartment in Munich when he was, very conveniently, "out of town".

Hitler was probably at least emotionally unfaithful to his long-suffering next girl friend, Eva Braun. Few knew of her existence, and anytime visitors came to Hitler's home she was hustled off upstairs. She supposedly complained that she had had nothing from Hitler as a woman, and chambermaids who changed the sheets are said to have detected no signs of sexual relations between them. Among the people who would come to call was Joseph Goebbels, Nazi Propaganda Minister. As part of his duties Goebbels oversaw the German motion picture industry. This was centered in a Berlin suburb called Bebelsburg, and the young German starlets who were subject to Goebbels control called him the "Beast of Bebelsburg". Goebbels was an ugly, scrawny little man, with a club foot, but any girl who wanted to be an actress had better be cooperative. Goebbels also had a wife, Magda, who was really first in love with Hitler, but settled for Joe because Hitler wanted to present the public image of a man too wrapped up in directing the nation's destiny to have time for a wife. He was married to Germany.

So Joe would come over and bring a carload of beautiful young aspiring movie actresses. Eva would be rushed out of sight upstairs, and Adolph and Joe would woo the young lovelies. Some recalled that he liked to try to impress them by demonstrating how long he could hold his arm up in the Nazi salute. What a mighty man!!!
