England? as a country 'England' was not involved but as part of The United Kingom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland the whole of GB/UK was to a minimal extent with hardly any troops on the ground but by cutting diplomatic relations with the north they help SEATO and the other allied forces get as far as they did along with other NATO and UN nations.
