George Boleyn was handed a piece of paper at his trial which had on it an accusation that Anne Boleyn had told his wife that Henry had sexual problems. There was therefore the allegation that he knew about this comment but failed to bring it to anyone's attention. However, in that case his wife would also have been facing charges, but never did.

He was told not to read the note out loud but he did so anyway. Some suggest that it sealed his fate as the watching public had been betting 10-1 that he would be acquitted. This is highly unlikely as he was facing certain death in any event. Anne had been found guilty in a trial which was held immediately before his. He could hardly have been acquitted after she had already been found guilty because he was already pre-judged.

He told the court that he read the note so as not to cast doubt on the King's future issue, but obviously that is precisely what he did do. There was, therefore, method to his apparent rashness.

Did Anne Boylen's siblings have any significance in history?

Yes, significant enough to be remembered in history but not a huge amount. Mary Boleyn was King Henry viii mistress before Anne, like Anne she was pushed into it by her family for power but as history tells us she loved Henry. Mary had two children to Henry viii (Henry Carey 1st Baron Hunsdon & Catherine Carey Lady Knollys) but as they were 'bastards' they were not recognised as his own. George Boleyn rose up in power for being brother to Anne. He was knighted in 1529 and was ennobled as Viscount Rochford. He is mostly famous in history because of his downfall with Anne. George was beheaded with 4 others on the 17th of May 1536.

Why did Henry VIII marry Anne Why did she resist for a while?

If you mean Anne Boleyn - Henry wanted sons and his first queen, Katherine of Aragon, did not provide him with any sons. Henry was attracted to Anne Boleyn but she was not content to simply be Henry's mistress. She would settle for nothing less than being queen. As things turned out, although Henry did marry her after his divorce from Katherine of Aragon, Anne produced one daughter (Elizabeth, who later became Queen Elizabeth) and no sons. This is a very broad overview of the situation!

There is no record of Anne Boleyn being canonized as a saint by the Catholic Church. Anne Boleyn was the second wife of King Henry VIII of England and was executed in 1536. Where Anne Boleyn and Catherine Howard executed at the same time?

No, Anne Boleyn was Henry Viii's second wife, and Kathryn Howard was Henry Viii's fifth wife. Anne Boleyn was executed in May 1536 by the sword. Kathryn Howard however was executed in February 1542 by the axe. So there were a good number of years between the two cousins being executed.
