No, Isaiah actually said in verse 1:1 that he was writing concerning what he saw during the reigns of Kings Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah. You can't get much clearer than that.
Jesus is never mentioned by name, or even indirectly, in the Book of Isaiah. However, Christian apologists, eager to demonstrate that the ministry of Jesus was somehow foreshadowed in the Old Testament, have taken many passages in Isaiah out of context and mananged to find obscure references that do not stand up to close scrutiny.
------------------------ The Book of Isaiah never mentioned Jesus, either directly by name, or indirectly. The Prophet Isaiah knew nothing about Jesus, and we find in Isaiah 1:1 that he expressly says that he was writing about the things he saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem in his own times.
No prophet had an impact in His ministry. Rather, the opposite was true. Isaiah prophesied the most about the Messiah to come.
John the Baptist's ministry was to prepare the way of the Lord and to introduce Jesus to the world as the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. John's ministry was prophesied in the Old Testament (Malachi 3:1; 4:5-6) and he fulfilled it by establishing the baptism of repentance and the introducing Jesus to the world. Jesus' ministry mainly was to be the Lamb of God that John the Baptist prophesied about Jesus. To accomplish this ministry Jesus died for the sins of the world as prophesied by Old Testament prophets (Eg: Isaiah 53). To fulfill His ministry to die for the mankind, Jesus went through all the stages of human development (born, lived among people, etc) to be an ideal substitute for a human.

That Jesus will come back the second time to signal imminent of the end of the world. I do not think the world is going to end on the day Jesus returned. That part of the signs of Jesus second ministry is that Lions will eat grass and play with children like cats do now! [Isaiah 11:6-9]
Isaiah lived from about 740 to 680 BC; that is about 60 years; and Jesus was born in the year 0 and started his ministry about 30 years later. So between Isaiah's death and Jesus birth, there was 680 years, but between the time of their ministries, there was about 730 years.
Jesus quoted from the book of Isaiah at least 15 times in the New Testament. He often referred to Isaiah's prophecies to demonstrate their fulfillment in his ministry.
Four (these are named in Isaiah 1:1).
Jesus started his ministry after his baptism, at the age of 30 years.
Jesus' ministry was primarily in Galilee.
Jesus was always there from the start.
Jesus calms the storm: Jesus and his disciples were on a boat when a fierce storm arose. Jesus rebuked the winds and the waves, calming the sea. This display of power showed the disciples Jesus's authority over nature. Feeding of the 5,000: Jesus miraculously fed a large crowd of 5,000 with just five loaves of bread and two fish. This event demonstrated Jesus's compassion for the hungry and his ability to provide abundantly even in times of scarcity. Walking on water: Jesus walked on water to meet his disciples who were in a boat struggling against the waves. Peter also briefly walked on water towards Jesus before losing faith and sinking. This miracle reinforced Jesus's divine nature and the importance of faith in following Him.
