Several militaries around the world use Ford vehicles or vehicles built on Ford chassis, such as the Plasan SandCat (used by Israel), Lenco Bearcat (used most commonly by law enforcement in the US, but exported to military and police forces abroad), and militarized variants of Ford vehicles, such as the 1 ton Ford SORV (based on the F350 chassis and used by the Irish Army Rangers and 1/2 ton SORV (based on the Ranger and used by the Afghan National Army).

Yes. Ford made the tanks for WW1, so they did use vehicles made by Ford.
