No. I think you will find that the "7 literal days" belief varies more by community than by denomination. So you may have a community of parents such as those in Dover who believe in the literal version and tried to have it taught in theirs schools, but they may not have all gone to the same church or belonged to the same denomination. Or you may have one church out of denomination that attracts like-minded believers.
I'm glad you're asking the question. It's smart not to paint everybody with the same brush.

The story of Creation is found in the Book of Genesis in the Old Testament long before anyone was a Christian. It is for the edification of all mankind in understanding how they became human beings and by whom - which leads to them understanding why and what the future potentially holds for them. The biblical account skims over the original Creation of the physical Universe in Genesis 1:1, etals and then continues onward with the 'renewal' of the face of the Earth that is in total darkness and under water (Genesis 1:2, Psalm 104:30, etals).
Many christian denominations believe that every human (or at least every christian human) has been assigned a guardian angel to protect them.
Some Christian denominations, such as evangelical and fundamentalist groups, believe in creationism, which asserts that the universe and living beings were created by a deity in their present form as described in religious texts like the Bible. Other religions, such as Islam and Judaism, also have creationist beliefs based on their respective sacred texts.
A Creationist might believe in a literal understanding of Genesis including its Creation-narrative. See also:Is there evidence against EvolutionCan you show that God existsGod's wisdom seen in His creationsDiscovering Creation
