The iPhone is only available for AT&T and yes, there is an iPhone-specific data plan that is required.
iPhone's that have been "unlocked" can be used with other carriers such as T-Mobile or Verizon, but even then an extremely large to unlimited data plan would be required (otherwise, you would have a LOT of overage charges since the iPhone is connected to the internet at all times).
Yes
no
no, it is optional.
Sprint has the cheapest iPhone plan right now. You can get an iPhone plan from them right now for only $69.99.
probaly i mean a clone is a clone rite
No.You can use an iPhone without a plan. Know that in order to not use a plan on your iPhone, you must purchase an unlocked iPhone which is normally priced $450 USD more than its contract counterpart in Apple Stores, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc. Of couse if you are already in a 2 year contract and your 2 years are up (or you pay a heavy fee to ditch your contract), your iPhone will not have a plan but will still be able to function like an iPod Touch. The last was to get an iPhone with no plan is to buy a used iPhone 5 from someone who's contract expired (which won't really be possible until fall 2014).
It would depend if the iPhone had been unlocked by Sprint if it is then you would need to migrate over to verizon service for which you would need a MAC code.
You will need to sign up for one of their plans.
No, because it is not a cell phone, but an mp3 player. An iPhone requires a plan if you wish to call and text.
