No, of course not. This is political rhetoric from certain right-wing talk show hosts, and some conservative Christian preachers. Since President Obama is a Christian, there is no reason why he would want to kill Christians, nor is there any credible evidence that he has done so. That said, some opponents of the president believe he is supporting members of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and also funding Jihadist elements in Syria. But sadly, these areas of US foreign policy are very complicated and a number of world leaders are struggling with how to respond to rapidly changing events.

In Egypt, the government there was democratically elected, and whether we like it or not, it was largely Muslim Brotherhood supporters who went out and voted. Now that the government has been overthrown, the US is taking a wait-and-see attitude, since it is always dangerous to try to tell other countries what to do. As for Syria, John McCain and other Republicans demanded that the US intervene there, and the president has reluctantly agreed to send arms to those trying to overthrown the dictator Bashar Al-Assad, but there are no good options for the US-- some of the fighters are indeed trying to free their country from Dictatorship, but others are affiliated with jihadi forces who want a Muslim theocracy. But again, the question was about whether President Obama is anti-Christian, a frequent myth spread by certain online sites and without any evidence to support it. Disagreeing with President Obama on foreign policy is not proof that he hates Christians.
