As per definition of 'technical education' under Section 2(g) of the AICTE Act and non-production of any material by the AICTE to show that MBA course is a technical education, we hold that MBA course is not a technical course within the definition of the AICTE Act and in so far as reasons assigned for MCA course being 'technical education', the same does not hold for MBA course. Therefore, for the reasons assigned while answering the points which are framed in so far as the MCA course is concerned, the approval from the AICTE is not required for obtaining permission and running MBA course by the appellant colleges
The best place to do M. Tech in India is the IITs. But in order to get into an IIT, one must first appear and rank well in the GATE exam. The GATE exam also enables to take admission in other Indian universities and colleges for M. Tech. why not?, The Ministry of HRD already informed that the degree obtained from The institution of Engineers is equalent to BE/Btech provided by any other universities in india...and number of candidates working still in government and private engineering colleges

Students who have done their Bachelors (Engineering) can do Mtech. Those who have completed their 3 year bachelors course like BSc or BCom can go for Masters courses. For Mtech one needs to have a B.E. or a Btech degree.

There are no engineering courses at sathya sai university for bachelors level. But there are for masters, M.Tech (Computer science) from Department of Mathematics MTech ( Photonics) from Physics department

You can apply for Control and Instrumentation, Robotics engineering , Process Control and Instrumentation as the students of B.Tech instrumentation and control are eligible for this courses. NITs, UPES are some good institutes where you can go for these courses.
The courses in mtech for ECE students depends on the university where you are taking classes. Each university has their own requirements for courses in mtech for ECE students.
