Wiki s has advertisements. In fact, advertising is the primary way the development and improvements of the site is funded. Currently we have Google AdSense, display ads through ad networks and Vibrant Media links (see links below). We may add additional ad elements (sponsorships) in the future.
For now, you can promote a business on your profile. But please do not advertise on questions as this may result to leading users to the incorrect answer. We aim to keep our ads from being offensive and we are opposed to pop-ups and other intrusive gimmicks.
