I got a Hyundai accent (Exel 95) that has 310000 KM and still runs very well. No engine overalls done.
-I believe that is true. Most people look down at the Hyundai because they think its not great, and think that's its going to break down. The only reason people say that is because its not as common as a Toyota or a Honda. Hyundai runs smoother, longer, and more fuel saving that most cars out there.
-You do not have to buy the same car at such a high price, to get the same quality.
300000 miles
300000 miles
With proper maintenance and care it should.
around 150000 but if a diesel the max 300000
Depends on how you drive it
I own a 2001 accent with 170,000 km runs great. i add fuel and oil treatment fluids every 10K km and the engine runs with no problems. great car, very reliable. no problems at all for the last 2 years.
In the tank, there is no serviceable fuel filter. It should last the life of the car. Hyundai did away with most serviceable fuel filters around 2002.
There is no firm answer to this question, a well cared for car can last 300000 miles. A poorly cared for or neglected car could be ready for the junkyard at 60000 miles.
Yes. I have seen a few Mercedes/Dodge Sprinters with over 500,000 miles and the original timing chain. One even had well over 800,000.
We own a 2001 elantra. We baught it new and have put119 ,000 miles on it. We have replaced the timing belt. Hyundai replaced th engine carriage and rocker arms because we live in the rust belt. Hyundai paid for that. Nothing other than tires and brakes.
