There could be a possibility that he likes you, or he is just being nice. I like to say hi to everyone I see, but it doesn't mean I like them (regardless of what my girlfriend says). If it is just a hi that he says to you, most likely he is just being nice. If it is more than just a "hi" and he actually stops and talks to you more, there could be potential there for a relationship other than acquaintances.

∙ 15y agoI'm sorry to break your spirit...but normally no... But it depends. If he is normally shy it is a definite possibility. If he is an extravert he might just be saying hi. If he is kind and sypathetic he could feel sorry for you if he has another girlfriend. If he is mean natured he could be teasing you. But i say just talk to him. catch him alone than Come straight out and say " look, i know you know i like you so lets cut the crap. do you like me?" hope this helps!!!

∙ 11y agoWell not all the time but sometimes yes. When they say hi to they stand there and talk or if it is very fast that probly means they like u but if it's normal most likely just trying to be friendly.
