since there is not a separate notice for their appointments PSU manager is not a gazetted officer.

Im having Canara Bank SB A/c, I have activated the internet banking but the problem is i cannot see the option of fund transfer facility in that internet bank, please help me how can i get the option of Fund transder & Recharge Etc.
