That is your Check Engine Light, you should take it to the dealer and get it repaired.
Dont buy fuel at the same garage again - I have had many experiences with the Check Engine Light over the years. In England they tell you it's lamba sensors had then done twice now - second time under guarantee (24 months) - came to Cyprus same problem airflow - recently an experienced Mechanic here said - put some fuel injection cleaner in and top up with petrol - did that and by the time I got home the problem had gone.
