There is also a free tool available at www.analogx.com, called netstat I think, that will give you your CPU usage and monitor the traffic in or out of your machine. They also have a great memory manager that keeps your ram from being locked up by Windows, and a bunch of other neat stuff too. I've used a number of their programs for years, and find that they're fun, useful and reliable. Good Luck. Oh..there whois will tell you in about 2 seconds if a domain name is available, and who owns it and where to find them in another few seconds if it's taken. Several useful tools there.

You can use the ctrl-alt-delete key combination to take you to the task manager in Windows. Go to the performance tab and you will be able to see your CPU usage percentage. Press and hold down the ctrl key,while still holding the ctrl key press and hold the alt key, while still holding both of these keys press and hold the delete key. You can then release all 3 keys.
