your still to grow naturally until about age16-17. but if u want to grow 3 inches (approx) then try 3 different stretches everyday, each for about 30seconds. grab onto a bar above your head and hang the body straight, for 2 minutes. 2: lie flat on the floor, head down, and put your arms into a press-up position, keep your waist on the floor but push your back and head as high as possible, 3: do the bridge(lie on back, keep sholders and feet on floor and push waist up to sky.

Also there are genetics n familial relationships related to height.. i.e if either ur parents are short heighted or either ur brother , sister.. than there are little chances for increase in height...BUT keep a positive attitude follow the daily regimen of food n exercises.If you goin to gym regularly, i wud advice not to perform any weight lifting exercises... stritctly NO.. A few things that help... I was 5'1 at 23. now I am turning 24 in a month and I am 5'6. I grew the most during last summer because I actually started using super-growth height… enhancer 6 month course. the following helped me and still help: 1) Drinking at least 2 big glasses of milk a day. 2.) playing basketball and going swimming. (my chemistry teacher is also really health conscious and he said eggs fill u up the best.) -treat urself to some chocolate every now and then. u know the rules. but i would eat dark chocolate since that actually gives u some nutrients and milk chocolate contains more hormones which might make u break out. eat well, exercise regularly and try not to get injured in sport. don't work out too much as this will reassign your nutrient intake to increase your muscle girth rather than …length. dont use gender hormones as this will f*ck up your genitals. supplements that contain HGH (human growth hormone) are an ok idea but dont go mental on it. chances are puberty will do what it wants when it wants eg you will grow at some point even if it is when you're 18
