If you want to be taller just set that goal. Don't think bad thoughts that you will forever be short just set your head into believing you'll grow, believe me it works. The mind has not limit when used properly. Don't try those things that stretch you out, they just pop your joints, and don't try steroids they won't work. l' m 24 and i am 6'0 , my father 5'7 and mum 5'4. l was the same height as my father 8 months ago and l was always told that l would not grow over 5'7 , the height can't be controlled , height was determined by your genetic ,inheritance etc. i was really fed up with these narrow- minded people around me and l hit the road for a solution. l have researched books , doctors and internet high and low for increasing height, and tried many growth boosters. From my experience what worked on me : 1. Eat lots of Broccoli. 2. Eat at least 250gr yougurt every day. 3. Regular Swimming helps. 4. Sleep without pillows, and sleep at least 8 hrs daily. 5. Sleep: having enough sleep. Uninterrupted sleep at least 8 hours of sleep a day. I want to be over 6'8-6'11 I guess you have to eat the amount of food what the food pyramid says and exercise. That's what i heard as advice. No one can really make themselves grow taller because your height depends on your genes. But if you eat a balenced diet, your body will grow more compared to someone who doesn't eat as well.
There is no way to get taller faster. it's not the best way but testosterone boosts...
you can get taller fast by having tablets but it can be dangerous and you will have a groeth spurt one of these days Well, nobody would want to risk their life so another way… is to stretch and eat a lot of veggies! This is much easier and its safe for everybody (even kids) Also you can try to sleep more on the weekends and if it is the weekend and your awake just try to do gymnastics but if your a boy just sleep the whole day ;)

And yes I got the answer, to not grow taller, you're need to put a bit of weight, not much exer…cising going on and lastly having less sleeping like 6 hours of course. So ya but growing taller has many benefits to you, just sayin

Pizza and RAW onions. I can't stress the raw part enough. The raw onions have been clinically proven to boost cell growth, especially in the fields of height and muscle growth…. The pizza, has a lot of grease on it. Make sure the pizza has a a lot of grease on it. However the grease may not have as much affect as the onion, it can definitely help a lot. I asked the same question when I was younger, and someone told me this, now I'm 6'2
