==Danger overblown== The person below is misinformed in regard to implants. The rupture of silicone-gel implants will not kill you because the silicone implants used today are COHESIVE gels. This means that if for some reason they become punctured -- which is highly improbable since they are made with the strength to withstand the weight of a car -- they do not leak into the body the way that the old silicone implants did. But even more importantly, a majority of implants are now filled with saline, not silicone. If a saline implant ruptures, the body absorbs the solution with no harmful effect. That depends on what you mean. If you mean you wish merely to make your boobs appear bigger, get a padded bra. There is the push-up, gel-filled, water-filled, and air-pocket Bras. I don't recommend stuffing your bra, because you usually can tell if a bra is stuffed. If you mean to actually really make them bigger, get implants, which are extremely expensive and painful and can kill you if the silicone ruptures.

You can do this in many ways. One is to use duct-tape, if you are a little fat, to push up all the loose flesh under your nipples and form breasts by shaping this as you pull the tape tighter & tighter as you wrap it around your body. Another is to use heavy duty rubber balloons, fill them with water to the size you want, tie off the open ends and put them in a good strong bra. Yet another is use Nylon stockings, get a large pair, fill them up with small, round bird-seed to the size you like, tie them off, then tie the other end to look like nipples and stuff them in a bra. Have fun with it, you can even get rubber fake breasts or enhancers if you like to help with the tape or glue on some that look pretty real. See, lots of ways.

Well, the easiest would be to wear a bra under the costume and stuff it with toilet paper or Kleenex or whatever to make it look full. ... if that doesn't work, and you want a customized look, you could also use paper-mache, which will allow a Horror look or bizarre defects if you like, depending on how you shape the paper... and then paint it afterward to look appropriate. If you want ultra-realistic you could do a plastic mold filled with gel... but that is getting into the really expensive/hard to do side of crafts. :)

Easy: cut lemon/grapefruit in half (depends on size needed) and stuff into a bra. Or use little bags of sand.

You can either get plastic surgery or you can buy just fake boobs that go in your bra. Depends on how much money you want to spend
