There are no batteries for the CR-V dashboard clock. The clocks were manufactured with Liquid Crystal Diodes (LCD's) and when they burn out or go dark, the entire clock must be replaced.

Sorry to tell you this - but - if it is the original equipment clock that was built with the car, the chances are 99% that the clock has burnt out. Those clocks were equipped with Liquid Crystal Diodes which have a finite life to them.
