There are many tell tale signs. Color, Chevy will be orange, light blue, or black. Buick has pretty much, anyway, been proud of that gold. The valve covers on a SBC, will be flat on the top. Buick are usually more rounded, and say Buick, on them. The SBC water pump will extend out to make room for a timing cover, Buick houses them together.
If the Buick 305 is really a Chevy 305, then the motor mounts will interchange with a Chevy 350.
No it will not. A Buick and a Chevy engine is not even close to being the same. Inpossible. SORRY
no
yes if the engine and trans. are both Chevy or Buick or Oldsmobile Buick/Oldsmobile and Pontiac will inter change but Chevy has to go with Chevy
No it is not, NOT EVEN CLOSE, JUST LOOK AT THEM.
Yes a chevrolet 350 small block will fit in a 1987 Buick Regal.
chevys suck
i wiil try to answear your question what 350 engine are you talking about 350 engine for Buick Oldsmobile Chevy and Pontiac will fit.
BETWEEN a CHEVY 350 AND WHAT? Ask A question that makes sense !
not if it is an Oldsmobile engine, Buick, Pontiac, and olds had the same bolt pattern in the 70's, different from Chevy
Nope.....Chevy will only bolt to Chevy. The other brands....Buick, Olds, Pontiac and Caddy share the same bolt patter.
Chevy 350 is just what we call that motor because Chevy is the most popular of the gm lines, but really its a GM 350. Having said that, a Buick, Pontiac, Chevy, or Oldsmobile motor are the same motor for the most part. There are som exceptions with the Cadillac motors but that's an other story. should be smoothe sailing for you.
