USING AN APPROPIATE SIZE HUBER NEEDLE, ACCESS THE SITE WITH ONE HAND, WHILE STABILIZING THE SITE WITH THE OTHER(THEY WILL MOVE ABOUT). ONE IN THE PORT, PLACE AN ANTI MICROBIAL PATCH AROUND THE SITE. SECURE WITH OPSITE TRANSPARENT DRESSING. IF NOT INFUSING, FLUSH WITH HEPARIN PER THE INSTITUTION PROTOCOL.
