- Go to VerizonWireless.com and click on My Verizon.
- Log in, and click "My Services" at the top.
- Click "My Phone" on the left.
- Click "Activate Phone" on the right.
- Depending on whether this is an upgrade or simply a phone switch, either click "Activate New Phone" or "Activate Equipment".
If you do not yet have a My Verizon account
Dial *228 from the phone you want to activate, and choose option 1.

∙ 13y agoYou go on the site then click activate and it will ask for your serial number which should be located behind your battery it consist of 1-18 characters and if its your first time activating you can use the kickback code puts $20 in your account the code will never expire

∙ 10y agoIn order to reactivate a Verizon cell phone one has many options. They can pres #228 on their current cell phone. One can also call Verizon's customer support and speak to an associate to help with the reactivation process.
