As this requires special equipment to be done correctly, I would suggest you take it to a Ford dealer for this adjustment. All you need is a Torx screw driver, or a socket. The adjuster is on the top rear of the headlight. Do Not pay a dealer to do this.

On the outer part of the main piece....look at it straight forward and you'll see a Philips looking screw on the outer bottom. move left or right I can't remember Hahaha then u can adjust the top ones too with a ratchet I don't know the size

there are two torx screws at the top of the headlight. one for up and down and one for right and left. turn the screws one way and watch your headlight. best way to do that is to shine the lights on a wall or garage door and watch them as you turn the screws. you will notice them going up and down or right and left. remember that the drivers headlight always shines a lttle to the left as not to blind on coming traffic. when adjusting correct height i place the vehicle 25 ft from the wall or garage door and make sure it is about knee level on the wall. passenger headlight should shine a small amount to the right to view ditch for animals.

there are two screws in side the head light houseing. you can get to them without taking the housing off the are spring loaded so be careful and i hope this helped
