Yes.
The nut size of the dodge RAM is 11/16th. This is mainly for the 12th point of the 1998 model of the 1500 from wheel.

Yes.
If you have 4wd the bearing is pressed onto to hub and can't be change. The unit is sold as a whole as a bearing hub. The cheapest I have found it was $171 at autozone. same is true for the 1500 2wd, only AutoZone doesn't have it listed! I had to get mine from the dealer. However, the dealer gave me a 8-lug hub instead of a 5-lug, but it had the same bearing.
take the other 1 out.
There will be one on the top of the rear axle. There could also be one at each front wheel bearing.
Depending on 2 wheel abs or 4 wheel abs. there is one on the rear axle diferential housing and one on each front wheel bearing
The front wheel bearings are a sealed bearing. You will have to remove the hub from the spindle, remove the lock ring (aka C clip), and press out the bearing. Installation is in reverse order but with a new bearing. YOU WILL NEED A SHOP PRESS TO REMOVE THE BEARING AND THE BEARING RACES.
More than likely you have a defective left front wheel bearing. Inspect the bearing and also inspect the bearing on the right front. Inspect your brake pads if this is not the problem.
Rear wheel abs was standard. Four wheel was an option. Look for a wheel speed sensor wire going to the passenger side front wheel bearing. If it is there, you have four wheel abs.
