Not sure of 2005, but I changed my 2006 with 4.6L, and it was pretty straight forward. On 2006 spark plugs are located on top of intake manifold, just inboard of valve covers. Must first bleed off gas pressure and swing fuel injection manifold aside to get access to spark plug/coil modules. Undo hex screw securing coil individual coil module, and lift away coil and spark plug wire cap. Use compressed air to blow debris out of area around spark plug access port. Remove spark plug and replace using reverse process. Be sure to lubricate new plug threads, and bleed off gas pressure from fuel rail before it is loosened. Keep fire extinguisher handy, although not risky if done carefully. Took me about 10-15 minutes per plug for my first experience.
