Open internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options. There is an option to clear out your history, as well as delete cookies and temporary files. Or just try pressing contorl H.

Hey y don u use firefox, just unclick some options and it will automatically delete the history 4 everything after every exit on firefox.......Firefox rules! i RECOMMEND this.

If going to internet options doesn't work, open the registry editor and navigate to HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURL then delete all the data values that contains the web addresses that you visited.
if your using internet explorer the in the SAFY tab on the top find "Delete browser History.
