There are two methods:
1. Manual searching and deletion.
This method works when you just want to delete certain computer hisory like internet browsing history(Firefox, Chrome, IE).
And if you want to remove other history records taken by your computer like Windows running history, start menu history, application using history, Windows temporary files, etc. You got to use the second method.
2. History cleaner program. Just as mentions above, some computer history can not or is difficult for us to manually search and delete, therefore, a program named history cleaner is necessary to have the job done.

I don't understand the question. What do you want to delete?
If you want to delete your browsing history, cookies, temporary files, etc, you just go to the IE6 (Internet Explore 6) browser tool and click Internet Options. Click 'Delete Cookies', 'Delete Files', 'History' etc.
Alternatively, if you are using Mozilla Firefox, you can simply use the History icon on your navigation toolbar. If you don't have the icon, right click (on the navigation toolbar - the one with Go Back, Cancel, Refresh, ect) and select 'Customize'. Simply drag the history (it is a bluish clock) icon to your toolbar (along with the Go Back One Page, Refresh, Cancel, Home, ect icons). Click on the History icon, right click on a day and select Delete. You can also set your browser to delete history every few days.
