hold the washer at the end of the coupling (use a tool if necessary) - push it inwards (opposite to the direction you want the water line you want to come out towards) and pull out the water line. That's it.
Hard to answer wihout a picture, but there is a sleeve on the quick connect, that appears to be plastic, you can push it in to the larger metal body (?) with your finger. It may be a bit tight at first, but if you try to wiggle the spray or other hose a bit, that may make it easier to push in. Once the plastic sleeve slides in (it only goes a tiny bit), then you can gently twist and pull out the hose, and then insert the new one.
and did I say turn off the water first?
The price pfister site shows using your finger to do it, and it worked for me.

PriceFister is actually spelled Price Pfister. It is a faucet company, primarily specializing in kitchen faucets. The best place perhaps to find out more about Price Pfister would be through their homepage: http://www.pfisterfaucets.com/home.aspx
I bought their Hanover 529 pull down faucet. BOTH quick connect fittings (hot and cold supply lines) leak. The people on the toll free number offered to send me replacemnt parts. I declined, and instead am taking the unit back to the store for replacement. Needless to say, I will NOT be buying a Pfister faucet this time.
Spray WD40 to the hex bolt under the sink. use a 7/16 (or a 11mm) to lose it (Well, in my case, I broke the bolt!) Rest is easy... Good Luck! NalinS

A copper kitchen faucet offers more fresh water compared to the stainless steel faucet. The copper kitchen faucet also has more powerful water energy and valves.
You have to have a faucet that has threads like you find on the outdoor faucet. Some have them and some don't. If you're trying to attach a hose meant for indoor faucets, you'll have to remove the aerator (the small nozzle on the end of the faucet) so you can screw the hose onto the faucet.
There are several retailers that have Pfister faucets for sale. Some of these retailers include Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Plumbing Depot, and Faucet Direct.
If you have bubbles coming out of your kitchen faucet, you have a venting problem. It has nothing to do with soap in your faucet.
