Back stretches do help a lot.

Look up content from "Dr. Jacob" on Instagram or "Bob and Brad" on YouTube. "Spinecare Decompression and Chiropractic Center" is a great YouTube channel too.

But do not get stuck on just stretching; you need to strengthen those muscles as well. You need them to be both strong and flexible. The best bet is to work with a professional to not hurt yourself.
