Marrying just to get a green card is not only immoral, it is illegal. If you commit marriage fraud, you could be caught and barred from the US for life. Getting a greencard through marriage is difficult if you are not really married for love. You have to go to a series of interviews where they could separate the spouses and ask them all kinds of questions. It would be almost impossible to think of every possible thing that they could ask, so if you aren't really married, you'd bring up suspsions. You also have to present tons of paper evidence of your real marriage. Do not do this. People who have done this in the past have made the process more difficult for people who are really married, like me.
More informationYou can ask for a favor from a female friend but make sure the two of you both agree it is just for the green card and no romantic relations, so someone does not get hurt. it is dangerous to pay for one because it can often turn into blackmail. make sure you get to know her and trust her.it is not that hard (if you do it in Massachusetts). the only evidence they ask for is proof of rent, bank account, credit card, health insurance, adn taxes filed together. all these must be together. and take phtoos as a "couple" together. You'll have to memorize things like each others birthdays and anniversary of marriage. the Immigration officers are not allowed to ask embarassing personal or sexual questions any more. make sure you know the apartment that you both rent together. if the officers find that it is fake marriage, you could go to jail or be deported, but it is really difficult for them to prove beyond a doubt that it is fake.the riskiest thing to do is lie to a girl and say you love her and really marry just for the card. it is so hard keep up the act, for the minimum 2 years, and plus it is cruel and can ruin the girl's life. no amount of gold earned in America is worth breaking a person down emotionally. there is always a better way. in the end she would probably realise it and if she tells the ins you'd be in really big trouble. no lie can stay hidden from someone you live with and make a life with. adn if you try to force yourself to fall in love with a girl quickly, cultural differences that you two are unaware of are sure to doom it.
It is hard to petition for a real marriage. A fake marriage would require so much dedication by the two people that by the time it is over, it will be a real marriage.
Marrying a U.S. citizen does not entitle a foreigner to 'permanent resident' status. The person must follow the proper procedures required by federal law thorough the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. For more specific information visit the site at http://www.uscis.gov)
To judge this act as something immoral or shameful is a bit over the top (as long as you are not doing this with the other person unknowledgeable), as marriage is not exactly viewed as an institution of love by the government. It has been turned into mounds of paperwork, legal concerns, and emotional hassles. People most certainly get married in the states for similar benefits such as tax cuts, medical benefits, shared expenses, etc. So, that aside, as said above, you will encounter an interview with some pretty detailed questions. Also, apparently for some countries, it is necessary that you provide testimonies from other people declaring that they have witnessed the development and nature of your relationship. All in all, you will pay a hefty price legally for fraudelent marriage, with fees and possible jail time. So, pay someone and you both take a huge chance. My advice to you... look for sincere love and go from there. But don't try to fool anyone in the process, American women tend to sniff these things out and you just don't want to find out how she will react to that.
wow your desperate
If you are an American citizen and you marry outside the U.S., the U.S. will always find out.
Marrying him allows him to stay. You'll have to find a state that allows same sex marriage. I dont believe there is anything special that needs to be done for a cuban.
No.
Actually, we need to find out when they will become AVAILABLE to us first. Then we'd find out if they're legal or not. They probably are but you can never tell.
They won't because they can not tax it when they find a way to tax it it will become legal
You find a white woman to marry in exactly the same way that you find any other race of woman to marry.
You have to find something you really want to do and marry it too, meaning dedicate yourself to working hard at it to become a success.
First of all, we both know women are always right, so no boy could ever be 'right'. Secondly, you must date/marry all the wrong ones to find the correct one for you. There is no surefire way to know.
A marriage in Mexico by U.S. citizens is not recognized as legal in the U.S. One could marry in both Mexico and in the U.S. without worry of penalty. However, if they are U.S. citizens, only the U.S. marriage would be considered legal.
