This is a common question. I had the same problem. The reason it happened is because you pushed Shift and Ctrl and then pushed ? All you have to do is push Shift and Ctrl at the exact same time, hold for 5 seconds and then let go at the same time. If that doesn't work, hold them for a longer time period.

∙ 9y agoyou have to click the letter f and n and it will magically fix the question mark. it defiantly worked for me, my dog, my daughter, my cat, my lizzard, and my bird, and my single ghostly wife
