eat a lot of doughnuts, coffee, sugar, soda, cake, pastries, pizza, mcdonalds, and Burger King. don't exercise a lot. that's what i do- stuff myself with a lot of fattening foods. so far I've gained 20 pounds, and its been placed in very nice spots (well, mostly). i used to weigh 120, but now i weigh 156 :) . the fat weight has been distributed in my butt, my stomach, my arms, and my thighs, with a little more weight in my face. I'm 5'3. with a pear shaped body, so the weight does not make me look bad, but rather very curvy and thick. if you gain weight like i did and you have a apple shaped body, i would not recommend doing this. but, overall, lots of pastries and fast food. do some exercises so you don't end up not being able to sit up easily. if you're African American, mixed, multiracail, or hispanic, try doing Buffie the Body's exercises, if you don't want to end up loking all saggy and stuff. :)
