hi :). girls do care about looks, but if a guy is really nice then that's what attracts them more than anything else. you don't have to be freaky nice but just making jokes with her and giving her the odd compliment here and there will make her feel more confident about herself therefore it will make her more confident around you. getting to know her is nice.. it shows a boy cares for you and wants to be involved in your life.
