You open iTunes, select "Movies", then, without minimizing iTunes, open Lime-wire and select said video by clicking on it, then "minimize your Lime-wire to where you can see your iTunes movie library behind it. From there, click and drag the video to where you see the cursor hovering over the library with an "add" sign("+" in a box) while the library is outlined in blue. Release the video, and you should see iTunes adding the video at the top of iTunes at the displayer. If it doesn't put it on, make sure the program it's been formatted under (Windows Media Player, Quicktime, etc.) is able to understand/play the video. A video in Quicktime format is more likely to work.
Add the Limewire songs to your iTunes library and sync your iPod.

There's something called a videora converter. Get a videora converter to convert limewire videos, movies, etc. so you can put them on your itunes, then onto your ipod. (Just Google "free videora converter download")
