The 04 xterra comes stock with 210 horses a little under in my opinion. To add horses there are a couple easy fixes.
1) K&N filter (really 3-8hp)
2) K&N cold air assembly with filter (10-15hp)
3) Exhaust. great adintion better mileage and up to 20% gains
4) Supercharger(30-60hp). I have supercharger on my 03 Xterra I went the extra step of getting a smaller pulley about 20hp extra and then added methonl injection for even more. I have these upgrades with better plugs and wiring, upgrade suspension. No lift but bigger tire for trails 31inches and I have test at 304hp for a V-6 that's pretty good. I also modified the hood to ram air latley havn't tested the new mod but notice it.
