The word "enjoli" is not in my French-English dictionary, but according to Google Translate it means "embellished." However, in my dictionary there are similar words: enjoler which means "to cajole" and enjoliver which means "to embellish." It is possible that "enjoli" comes from "enjoliver" (which would mean that it does mean "embellished") but I am not sure.
