How do you send pictures on gaia?

GAIA is not like MySpace; you don't have a place to upload photos. You will have to upload them to a separate online host, then hit "add image" on your profile editor; paste the URL of the picture in. You can then move it as you wish.

What you need to do is log into your Photobucket account (or create one if you don't have one already) and upload the image that you want to use for your gaia profile. Then, edit it (if you wish) or just save it as is. Once you have saved it, open that picture up in your photobucket album. To the right of the picture there should be a few different codes used for different websites and formats. Copy the one that looks somewhat like this in this format below (the only format the gaia profiles will accept)

Once you have done this, log into your gaia account and go to My Gaia and go to About Me. In the About Me section, paste the copied URL anywhere you would like (whether it is above or below the text that you have written (or havent written) about yourself)

Then below the About Me box, there should me a blue/purple text saying Click Here to See the Text As It Would Appear in Your Profile. Click that to preview your About Me section.

You should have a picture of yourself on your profile. Hope this helps.

If you want to put a picture in your "About Me" section, use the previous answer. If, however, you want to put it on your profile and move it to a specific spot, then read further on how to do it.

As mentioned before, you will need to upload your picture to a separate picture site.

Go to your profile. At the top right, it should say "Edit My Profile Layout" so click that.

A bubble should appear on the right with some options. Click "Picture".

If you wish to upload a picture from Photobucket, click "Photobucket", or if you want to upload one from a different picture site, click "URL".

If it's from Photobucket, Log in to your account in the box and select the picture.

You can upload the picture to your Photobucket account from that box. Click Browse, pick the picture on your computer, and Upload it to Photobucket.

Then, select the picture you want to put on Gaia and click "Paste Media".

Finally, in the bottom left corner of the box, there should be a button with "+Add" on it. Click it and the picture will be on your profile.

Now just move it to where you want it, resize it if you desire, and that should be it.

URL Option

If it's from a different site, go to the site (probably in another window) and Log in.

Open the Sharing options for the picture and there should be one labeled something like "Forums and Message Boards".

Alternatively, you can look for the one with "[IMG]" and "[/IMG]" at the beginning and end of the link, respectively.

Copy the link and paste it into the URL space for your Profile on Gaia.

Now just click "+Add" in the bottom left of the box and your picture is now on your profile.

Move it where you want it, resize it if you wish, and it should be uploaded.

You copy the link from the picture. Then when you edit your profile click picture then the URL tab and paste your link there. if you would like to see my account search for Vocaloid 02 - Hunter

Login to your Photobucket account or search an image and select it's IMG code. Copy the whole code and then afterwards login to Gaiaonline and paste the code basically anywhere. You either put the http:// in the pics on profile edit or you can use their stickers or go on photobucket on profile edit. if your talking abotu profile info then where you put your info put the [img] link just not the http://

get the URL of the pic u want, then go to ur gaia profile and select the 'edit my profile layout' button at the top right, then click the 'picture' selection on your profile edit , then select the URL tab(DO NOT SELECT THE PHOTOBUCKET TAB) then paste the URL in the slot, then click the 'add+' button and the pic will appear on ur profile and you can adjust it as u like. :)

You can send images pretty easily. Yry looking on the tools on the top of the type bar, and I havnt been on in a while, but try the code [ IMG ] [ /IMG ] but without spaces
