Puffy nipples in men is a condition referred to as Gynecomastia. It can be caused by many things, but it is actually VERY common (affects the majority of men at some point in their life) and ranges from conical shaped puffy nipples to full on breast development. There are number of products on the internet trying to claim that they will cure or fix the condition, but the only way to permanently cure it if it does not go away is through surgery. An alternative is also to hide the condition under your shirt if you can not afford surgery or are still in puberty and think it might go away.
