Using a screw driver, remove all of the screws and clips in the door panel, and gently pull the panel away from the frame. Remove any of the wire connectors, and pull the panel off the rest of the way.

If you're replacing the speaker just remove the grill but to take off the door panel remove screws on the handle there are two, remove one screw from behind the door release handle, there is one on the upper side of the door where is latches, there is one on the upper side where the door hinge is then pull up and out because the bottom is slide into place

1st remove the screws on the inside of the door like were the door handle is and the window and lock controls , the door panels is held on by white door panel clips you should be able just to pull it off but you will have to buy new clips which are about 5 bucks at your auto store they just slip right onto the back of the panel
You have to remove the door panel...not easy, but do-able. Once that is off you can remove the door handle and replace it.
