How do you remove the head lamp covers on a 1999 Dodge Intrepid to clean the inside?

I detail headlights at used car dealerships and I have restored many Dodge Intrepids and other Chryslers. The dirt and yellow haze is on the outside and to clean it, I use a product called CrystaLenz. This product works really well and you DO NOT have to remove the lens or use any special tools. The headlight is an assembly, the outer lens does not come off.
