1. First remove the plastic triangle with the tweeter, gently pry it off. The "clip" / "retaining point" is situated about 1/2" from the tweeter outside ring above it at about 2 o'clock angle (north-east). The clip is a round plastic cylinder with a metal clip screwed to it. (or for the passenger side, the clip is at about 10 o'clock). When that is off, disconnect the wire harness, then you will see one 10mm bolt that holds the mirror on.

2. The other two bolts are under the door panel, but you don't have to remove the door panel. Just remove the two plastic door panel screws along the front edge of the door, and slightly pull the door panel away until you can see the other two 10mm bolts.

3. Remove the three 10mm bolts. I used a ratcheting closed end wrench and slipped it in where I pulled the door panel out slightly. Once all three bolts are out, disconnect the mirror's wire harness and the mirror is free.
