From the inside of the back panel, remove the bolt holding the rear strap handle in place, then remove the 2 bolts holding the bottom handle in place. Now use a screwdriver to carefully pry off the back panel (small white plastic pieces hold it in place). Look down at the bottom and you will see the gold latch keeping the door closed. Pull on the latch to unlock the back door hatch. There is a cable running from the latch at the bottom up to the handle. The cable ends with a small ball that loops into place and holds the cable in place. Remove the cable from its seated position. There are 3 screws that hold the entire handle/latch in place. 2 on either side of the handle mechanism, and one closer to center. Remove those and the handle will come out from the outside of the car. There are 2 smaller screws holding the handle mechanism in place. Remove those and your handle comes off. Put the new handle in place and screw everything back together in reverse. I originally fixed my broken handle with a long screw, but that recently broke so i just bought a new handle online for around $25. Much cheaper than the dealer!

Upon further inspection, the rear door handle assembly on the 2002 Toyota Sienna IS the same as that shown on the Find One Find All website, so never mind.
