How do you replace the blower motor resistor on a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GT?

I REPLACED ONE ON A 98 GP AND IT IS UP UNDER THE PASSENGER DASHBOARD. VERY HARD TO GET TO. IT HAS A FEW SCREWS, AND ONE IS RIGHT AGAINST THE WALL. IT IS VERY BENIFICIAL IF YOU HAVE A SCREWDRIVER/SOCKET SET THAT IN ON A FLEXIBLE ARM TO GET INTO TIGHT SPACES. ALSO, IF IT IS CORRODED BECAUSE OF THE LEGENDARY GP LEAK ON THE PASSENGER SIDE YOU WILL NEED TO ADDRESS THAT TO KEEP IT FROM GOING BAD AGAIN. TO FIX THAT LEAK I EPOXYED THE BLACK PLASTIC COWL JUST UNDER THE WIPERS DOWN SO WATER COULD NOT LEAK INTO THE CAR.
