First, Sweden is a country. The language they speak there is Swedish. There are a few ways to say hello in Swedish: there is "god dag" (a formal and polite way to say it-- it actually means "good day"); "hej" (a more casual greeting); or "hejsan" (a common way to greet people you know).

There is no possible way to say "Hello" in Old Norse. Greetings were undeveloped by the time the language did.

Scandinavia consists of three different nations; Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Each has its own unique language although they are quite similar.
