You don't, just be good friends, and then before you know it, she might break up, and up and then she will say that she likes you. It happened to me. Do not try to be more than that, because you may never feel good about yourself. Find somebody that wants you.
That's a tough one. Honesty is always good in relationships. Tell her how you feel, but don't try to destroy her current relationship. That will not help. Trust me. If she willingly decides that she loves you too, then that's good, but don't try to force her.
