Sex "change" is not what most people think it is. A person seeking a "sex change" cannot at this time fully "become" the other sex. The operations themselves create a visually correct appearance, and allow MTF transsexual individuals penetration, but not the ability to have children (as there is no womb), they also will not ovulate, have periods, etc. FTM transsexual individuals will likewise not be able to ejaculate or father children. Though experimental surgery is always being developed, at this time there is no way to remedy this.
